Directions

By Road

From The North and South M1, and West M1/M69

South & North - leave the M1 at Junction 21
West - approach from the M6 then M69 from Coventry. Follow the M69 to the end.

Follow signs for Outer Ring Road A563 to Leicester and take the short slip road on the left sign posted to A563 past the Stakis Hotel on your right. At the roundabout take first exit left, and stay in the nearside lane. Go through a set of traffic lights, past Pizza Hut on your left and carry straight on at the next set of traffic lights, following signs to South and East Leicester, and Oadby on the A563. Continue on the ring road for approximately 4 miles, carrying straight on over two roundabouts and several set of traffic lights. At the third roundabout, turn left following signs for A6 City Centre and continue for approximately 1 1⁄2 miles. At the next roundabout carry straight on (Victoria Park is now on your left)

Follow the A6 down the hill past the railway station on your right, and get into the middle lane. Follow signs for Central Ring road A594, The Shires Shopping Centre and the Bus Station. At the next roundabout continue on the A594 taking the second exit off the roundabout following signs for Shopping Centres and Bus Station. Immediately get into the right hand lane of the dual carriageway to go over the flyover. Immediately get into the left hand lane and turn left at the first set of traffic lights into Abbey Street, Abbey House is on the corner.

From the East

From Peterborough direction follow the A47 to Leicester and then the central ring road signed A47 Hinckley. After going over the flyover you are in Burleys Way, immediately get into the left hand lane. Turn left at the first traffic lights into Abbey Street (before passing St Margarets Bus Station). As you turn left into Abbey Street, Abbey House is on the corner.

Parking

Park in the NCP Abbey Street multi-storey car park. Take the first left into Garden Street (Tools-To-Go shop on the corner) and the NCP car park is on your right. After you have parked your car, leave at the main entrance of the car park, which is on Abbey Street. Turn right and Abbey House is approximately 100 yards along on the right at the corner (opposite St Margarets Bus Station).

To enter our premises, you will be required to press a buzzer at the front of the building. Please announce your arrival and take the lift to the 6th floor reception.

By Rail

If travelling from London, the terminus serving Leicester is St Pancras. For all National Rail Enquiries, telephone: 08457 48 49 50 (24-hour, local rate, only available from within the UK). Abbey House is approximately 5 minutes away by taxi, or approximately 10 minutes walk away.

Walking

Come out of the station and turn right, walk down the hill towards the city centre keeping on the right hand pavement of London Road. Walk through the underpass and carry on walking straight ahead along Granby Street. You are now in the main shopping area of Leicester. Walk for approximately five minutes crossing over a number of minor roads until you reach British Home Stores on the right hand corner. Carry on into the pedestrian zone known as Gallowtree Gate past shops including Boots The Chemist and Marks and Spencer. After a couple of minutes you will reach the Clock Tower. At the Clock Tower take the road called Belgrave Gate positioned at 2 o'clock, by turning right at the Alliance and Leicester Building Society. You will pass Argos on your left. At the roundabout turn left into Abbey Street (newsagent on the corner). Cross over on to the right hand pavement and walk for a couple of hundred yards, past the Black and Decker shop. Abbey House is on the right hand corner with Burleys Way. (St Margarets Bus Station is opposite). Please report to the main reception on the 6th floor in Abbey House.
